now.. as immoral as some (may I say MOST) of you think i am... i would still like to share my 2 cents on this...

what could possibly drive 4-6 teenagers to rape a 12 year old at gun point? I mean... i don't understand why my room mate runs trains on insecure girls at UCI... but then again.. those girls don't have to suck dick and get screwed by 3 guys.. she can say no.. and they will move on to the next train victim...

but what drives someone to RAPE?

I have been with my girl for 2 + years now.. and she lives in argentina... so we don't see each other often.. her being in dental school.. and me in my undergrad...
so.. you know.. people get horny... but for the last 2 + years.. no matter how horny i've been.. how hard my desires... when she says 'NO SEX' y say 'OK' and to this very day we haven't had sex... everytime the head slips in... she says 'don't go deeper' .. and i'm fine with that...

hell.. if she gets uncomfortable.. there goes my hard on...

I just find it so confusing.. how someone can get aroused by FORCING themselves into a 12 year old.. who isn't even sexually ATTRACTIVE... probably doesn't have developed breasts.. or pubic hairs (correct me on that one ladies)...

what the hell is the incentive? i dunno... but a girl yelling... screaming... crying... while others look on to me raping her.. doesn't really turn me on.....

any ideas?

can anybody hypothesize what the hell a rapist thinks about? I'm not talking about the drunken or drugged ones.. i'm talking about the ski-masked, gun pointing ones.... or the ones that beat up the b/f while they rape the g/f in front of their faces....

Not to minimize this case, but a number of similar cases later turned out to be frauds perpetrated by girls who were out late with a boyfriend and didn't want to face their angry parents.

As far as your roommate, maybe it's worth a trip to Irvine to spice up my social life...

Well hopefully in this case, it is the girl lying to cover where she has been, however, I have a bad feeling that it truly is a sexual assault.

The thing you have to remember, is that there are multiple theories as to why rape happens.

There is the "traditional" view, that it is about exerting power and control over another person. However, in the case of a 12 year old girl, that doesnt seem very valid.

There is the highly controversial "biological" view, which is that men are biologically programmed to rape. This is based on the fact that other animals (Chimps in particular) will rape other animals. They say that it is a biological imperative to spread your seed as wide as possible, and by taking females that you normally wouldnt be able to get, increases your gene dispersal. Once again, with a 12 year old girl, although some might be capable of sexual reproduction, it doesnt seem like a very likely candidate.

There is an infinite number of possible reasons such as thrill rape, retribution rape, consensual "rape" - (as in the girl gave "consent" and then felt bad afterward), or similar situations.

One other variable is the fact that there were multiple participants. You have to wonder what kind of person joins in on the rape of a 12 year old. You would think that one of them would at least try to prevent it.

A final note, it seems fairly odd that they just let the girl go after the rape. If they lacked the moral character to go ahead and rape the girl, why wouldnt they either a keep her for a later time (sorry but a reality), kill her (another reality), or in an effort to give themselves more time to get away, let her off far away from home. It just doesnt add up.

but... if you are a group of 6 teenagers... raping a girl... would you even think of that in the heat of the moment?

someitmes people do stuff... that would be counterintuitive... cause they are in the heat of the moment.....
