Windows ME splash screen...how to get rid or it?

I want to replace my splash screen in WinME. Coleslaw helped me out a bit but we're not sure which file it is. Can you help me out? Thanks!

So I take it you didn't get the info I sent you last night?

WindowsME will use C:\logo.sys for a splash screen if present, but it must be a 320x400 bitmap in 256 colors. If this file is not there, it will default to the standard ME spalsh screen.

if you search around the net a little bit you should be able to find a utility that will allow you to animate the new logo.sys file if you want. I found one a while back. Can't remember what its called though

You need a program which will animate a bitmap. i believe that the new IE Admin Kit has a utility that will do that, but im not sure how big you can make the animation.
