My oldest lowest end system started having problems a few weeks ago. Blue Screen of Death and such. So last night I find the time to deal with it. I try to reinstall Win98se. Unfortuinately, I get the BSoD when reinstalling! I started from DoS and didn't expect problems with this. The system is old and not worth too much effort. I'll give it another try tonight. If it doesn't work I will just pull the drive, recover what data that I can and scrap the system. I have too many systems as it is. Still sucks though.

The drive is showing errors, not bad sectors, it keeps saying there is something wrong with the sizeing information on the C: drive. Scandisk fixes it, but every time it runs again the error reappears. Ended up installing an old 1.6 gig drive as the primary and installing the OS on it clean. I will comb through the system and get everything I want to keep, then decomision it.
