How do I change the little IE explorer icon?

I used to have the standard spinning lower-case e/world icon that Internet Explorer always uses...but this weekend I went back down to Fallbrook for about 20 hours. You would think that my roommates couldn't **** my computer over too much while I was gone, but unfortunately one of them signed on to AOL a bunch while I was down south...and I guess that AOL changed my IE icon in the corner to the stupid, F-ing, spinning AOL logo...and I want to get rid of it. I know that Darth posted up a little "how to" on customizing your windows and your IE (i still have the easy-access "My Computer" tag down in my start bar from when i first read it), but I can't find it. I specifically remember seeing him telling us how to change the icon...but D'OH!

I'd be happy with just returning to the spinning IE logo, but does anyone know any other cool animations? I want them to be really smoothe though. Thanks.

hey cool!

I didn't look beyond the obvious on the review list.
I had it book marked and used it at work for UPS, gave it to sys admins that had the icon changed by UPS software to change it back.
