Crest Whitestrips again

Since the search function doesn't appear to be working, and I'm too lazy to search for my old thread, I just posted a new one. A got a few people saying that their friends said that the crest whitestrips didn't work, but I already was planning to get it in my mind. Today they arrived and I'll post some updates. ARGH why are all the smilies albino?!!?!?!

The box says that my teeth should be white within 2 weeks so we shall see...

did you take massive amounts of anti-biotics (like penicillin or tetracylin)(sp?) those tend to yellow your teeth like a mofo.

My teeth started to really turn when between 5th and 6th grade. I didn't brush my teeth for about a year. Instead, I just rinsed my mouth with water every night, used my fingernail to scratch off the plaque, and ate tic-tacs.

I feel so stupid. Now my teeth are ugly as hell.

Yesterday, I didn't post any pics of my teeth because I don't have a camera. I was planning to go to a friends house and use his webcam to show all of you what exactly "piss yellow" teeth look like. Well, today I was just doing a Magic Eye 3d thingy and then it came to me like a flury of chicken wings...I HAVE A FRIGGIN' SCANNER!!! Argh, I miss the most obvious things. So here's the pic of my teeth from today after 3 applications of the whitestrips.

Passwird, you have great teeth, aside from the color. Have you worn braces? If not, you are damn lucky! They are incredibly straight! Get them whiter and you'll have a terrific smile!

Passwird, what school do you go to? Just wondering 'cause I'm from your area. Anyway, you might want to try a Dremel with the sanding bit on those teeth. Or maybe sand-blasting. I saw an infomercial the other night for a cheap sand-blaster. Good luck. Keep us posted.

Of course I know that Passwird. I went to Hillsdale High and i'm originally from Foster City. Just at UCLA for school. We used to beat the crap outta Carlmont in baseball. They'd return the favor in football the next season.

dang, you are a dentist's wet dream. i bet you even have exactly the textbook-sanctioned 4 mm overhang between your maxillary and mandibular incisors...

anyway. there is, in fact, a slight difference... although it could just be the light... and honestly they aren't that yellow; not yellow enough that anyone is going to notice. they're just... teeth.

Oh, I can definitely tell the difference! Not a huge difference, but for as short a time as you've been using them, definitely worth it!

(And like welfare said...They really aren't that bad.

You can't really make a comparison on the teeth color, cuz the two photos are not the same tone to begin with. It's obvious that his skin is also lighter in the second photo. Kinda like those ads you see in magazines for diet pills.. in the first pic the person is yellow/greenish and sickly looking.. the next pic is of a skinny, tan person who looks similar to the first person, but if you look close it's not the same person! (Passwird I'm not saying those are not your teeth, just that the color balance is affecting the results.)

Got them off ebay for about $22 shipped. If you go to a drugs store, I think they're about $40.

You should take some of that dye for Easter eggs and dye your teeth blue. You can say you're making a fashion statement but really just covering up that grill.
