because nowhere on there do they mention the word PRO
e-mailing them to return it, and for them to cover return shipping costs, and no penalties that they have on listed in their return policies...if they do this, they're a good retailer...so it's non-suckage....if they don't or I have to yell at them forever for them to do this, it's major suckage....
oh, and of course they don't have a toll free number to call them...so I gave them my number, and told them to call me....>(
