    It basically says that this kid got a $281 ticket for not stopping at a red light before turning.

    $281 is freakin' ridiculous. I got a U-turn ticket for $104 in LA. PLus I hadto pay them $30 so they would let me go to traffic school. (I did it onlone in 1 hour, at least that was good). The worst part was that there was no "No U-turn" sign, the cop was just being an ass and I didn't want to fight is and lose.
