Why Why Why Why?????

Ok so please tell me why Americans are stocking up on weapons, ammo, tazers, stung guns, gas masks.... well ok i mean i understand the gas masks,
however Americans are stocking up on all the different kinds of weapons in fear of attacks to come, what are they gonna do shoot at the planes with their shot-guns... can some please explain to me what this stupidity is all about

civilians, that's the stupid thing... and as i said i understand why gas masks but everything else...

Because they can and because it makes people feel better. Now I don't think there's much of a chance of a ground invasion on American soil, but if there was, I'm sure there's a whooole mess 'o good ol' boys just itchin' to shewt themselves some terrorists.

well that's what i was thinking if there is no ground attack there is no need for weapons... unless you get ground to air missile launcher...hmm that could be interesing
