although target is da bomb, u can't discount kmart for some goodies. for general stuff, i think its cheaper. and, kmart has all the cool martha stewart goodies
i'd rather be down the shore
OH SNAP! guess where I am?

I was living down the jersey shore before Jersey Shore.

How does anyone even watch that show???

Although Target is more expensive, it is better because the stuff they sell, in general, is much better. I like them better than Walmart too and I NEVER go to Kmart. Ick.

well, I voted for Target, simply because we don't have a KMart.

I have to drive about 50 miles to get to Target, but I do, because my Kmart always smells like moth balls. Good thing for Walmart.
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, you'll be a mile from them, and you'll have their shoes.

I often stop at a K-Mart near my work for its convenience (it is also much better than the K-Mart near my home), and sometimes they have some great clearances. (K-Mart clearances sometimes seem be store-dependent). However, for general supplies my preferance is Wal-Mart. I think Target does carry some better brands, but it's not quite as convenient for me.

If I don't feel like spending money on expensive makeup I go to Target. They have really nifty brands walmart and kmart don't have, such as caboodles and sonia kashuk. They also have nifty house stuff...I got this cool silver alarm clock there. And they have a much bigger selection of dvds too, which are on sale sometimes. Yay

I like target, mostly because my kmart in san jose is like a third world country.

target generally has a lower population of deathly skinny fake blond women with eyes looking in different directions and beerguts hanging out from underneath their spandex crop tops than does kmart.

not that i'm knockin that. i just shop target, is all.

Same for around here. You would think Target is 10x more expensive than walmart. Walmart is always packed and Target never is at all.

Target. I feel an evil presence whenever I'm at my local KMart.

i really don't shop at either one. i think the last thing i bought at target was for my friend's baby shower cuz she was registered there. i guess i'd go to kmart if they were having a good sale on something i needed. but i dunno. i hardly ever go to either place. but if i had to pick, i'd pick target - the bulls eye for savings.

Us Evil Persences shop at Target too. What's the point of being evil if you still had to hang out at a crappy K-mart?

You are probably mistaking the fat ladies in spandex for us. They give off a scary vibe all by themselves.

It seems that Target stores are very consistent - very little variation from store to store. But K-Mart stores can really vary.

Variety doesn't matter if the stuff isn't good in general.
