I really did move to places just to live for a month at a time. Not a very pleasant experience. Pack, unpack, pack, unpack. No fun.

Skippack - Old Native American name meaning "Marshy place" or something like that...Skippack's home to one of the largest state parks in PA, Evansburg State Park. Also home to one of PA's Max Security prisons, Graterford. Ira Einhorn was there...

Conshohocken - Just a town with a hard name to pronounce. Say it with me...Con Show Hock In. Good! We locals shorten it to Conshy.

King Of Prussia - Another odd name. But it's home to the largest mall on the East coast, KOP Plaza/Court.

i hear ya, df... in a way it's neat, i always enjoy moving, but in a way it's also a shame. there is something to be said for having a network of grammas and cousins to be there for you. there is something to be said for all of your friends from high school still being there, for your kids being friends with the kids of the ppl you grew up with... sometimes i envy the ppl who never "get out there and succeed" ... nothing wrong with never leaving the lil peckerwood town you grew up in, i've decided.

I actually like living in different places, however, the actual MOVE is a pain though. That's why I have 2 pieces of furniture. It sucks, but that's why you get roommates! They go and spend the big bucks on the furniture and you get to use it every now and then. Always a good thing!
I'm personally the type that cannot stay in one place too long. I don't like feeling TOO comfortable with my surroundings.
