I like Kazaa. I recently found out about on my trip to Connecticut/New York/New Jersey. I hope it stays around. It's awesome!

I like Kazaa too. Especially when I needed a full version of dreamweaver for a project for class.

Morpheus is incredibly awesome (it's just a rename Kazaa). I really hope it doesn't go down. Although, we all know another one will pop out.

I don't know why they're doing this. There will always be a method to trade music online. Perhaps if they didn't spend so much money on lawyers they could lower the price of music; more people would buy CDs.

i agree with topane... i really don't want to pay like 16 bucks a CD, make it 10 and i'll start buying cd's again

Email from Hilary Rosen (head of RIAA):

I'm wondering what "1. Spoofing and/or interdiction methods for existing peer to peers " exactly means. Looks like she wants the RIAA to do a little haX0ring...

Wouldn't it be amazing if we would be in the midst of a full-fledged recession and the only industry making money would be the record companies?
Personally, I think that the patriotic thing that the record companies should do is reduce the price of CD's to $5.00
