ahhh, what is the name of this song?

ok ok...so there's a video i see all of the time on M2, "if you see it all of the time, pay attention to the credits" right? i do, and i write it down, but i always lose it...anyway

the song is kinda (new) radioheadish...techno beat...soft english sounding singer...the video is what stands out though...it's claymation...futuristic lookin, set in a factory...these alien dudes building something...then one of them makes these goggles that makes everything seem happy...the alien guy has a door on his stomach too that has flashing colors in it...then once he uses the goggles all of the time, his colors go away, and he looks out of his window and sees the colors falshing elsewhere...and then it zooms to multi colored children on a merry go round thing...

arrrgh! help me! i really dig the song...
