"You have only one choice ... Surrender now and we will give you a second chance. We will let you live. If you surrender no harm will come to you. We most definately did, and it worked. Those propaganda messages made that war alot shorter than it could have been. The only problem is we're sending them using old equipment. When I say old, I mean 25 years. Psyops is one of the lowest funded programs in the military.
