Question Athlon XP Power Supply Question

I am in the process of building an Athlon XP1800+ system. I purchased an OEM version of the Antex SX1030 case without power supply and plan on purchasing an Enermax PSU to go with it. I was pretty set on the Whisper EG-365P which they rate at 350W, but I am a little concerned that this might not be enough. I really would rather nor move up to the 400W unit since it is a rather large price increase, but have heard the Enermax's are very quiet and don't want to go to an Antec 400W to save money. Here's what the system will likely include:

4x 80mm case fans (Panaflo or Enermax)
    2x 60GXP IBM Deskstar in RAID 0
    Athlon XP1800+
    MSI K7T266Pro2
    512MB DDR (2x256)
    Geforce3 Ti200
    1x ATAPI DVD-ROM
    1x SCSI CD-R
    Zip100 ATAPI
    Netgear 10/100
    Diamond MX300
    Vantec CCK6027D HSF

I am also toying with the notion of getting another HD (probably SCSI) for my OS in the event that the RAID array goes down. Is anyone running a similar configuration and if so with what PSU? Assuming the 350W would be sufficient for the above configuration, how much expandability would I have?

    Thanks

You are pushing the limit pretty close, especially if you get that extra hard drive. But I think that as long as you don't try burning a CD, while Playing Quake3 at full power, with a disk defrag in the backround, you'll be okay.

Seriously, the Athlon XP's are supposed to be more power efficient than the old ones, so you should be okay. Just plan to upgrade it if you add more drives later.
