    Question what's worse?

    i wasnt gonna make this a poll, but then someone woulda said "hey, this shoulda been a poll..." so i figgered wth

    anyhow, what is worse? when someone whose opinion you really value thinks you are a nut of thinking something, or when someone you think is a complete idiot thinks your idea is pure genius? these both horrify me. i mean really, if i value someone's opinion, then if they think i'm stupid...then i could very well be crushed and think i'm stupid as well. conversely, if someone that i think is a complete idiot gives me praise for it, i am horrified and begin to second guess my judgement as well.

    of course the idiot can't always be wrong, but the initial reaction is "wtf?!?!" also, the valued opinion can't always be right, but all the same, you gotta wonder.

    anyhow, what do you think
