Nads... "My daughter was a big hairy beastie, so I went in to the kitchen and whipped up a concoction to make her smooth and socially acceptable." Then you get tons of footage of big burly men smiling nicely as the hair on their shins is ripped out by passive-aggressive women. Always good for a laugh.

How many years has that same rotisserie oven one been running?

By the way, I have in my possession what must be one of the first Popeil Brothers products (complete with original box). It is a "spiral slicer", which is a punched out piece of steel with one edge sharpened and a hole in one end for your finger. The other end has a screw attached. You start the screw into the end of the object to be sliced (such as a carrot or cucumber) and spin it around. The screw "digs" into the object and you end up with a long spiral sliced strip. I wonder what this thing might be worth?

my sister and i used to be enthralled by the ronco pasta maker infomercial. we finally went out and bought it at lechmere.
i used to love watching amazing discoveries which was all sorts of different infomercials every week. my aunt loves to buy things off the tv, which is fun cause then we get to play with them!
