My friend just got hired at the new BestBuy in Westwood. It opened yesterday. Their employee deal is awesome. They get stuff at cost + 5%. He says that some things are marked up mroe than others. LIke car stereos he said are marked up 100%, so I can get stuff throguh him for basically 50% off of the retail price. Woohoo!! I need a new car stereo. if anyone in the area needs somehting, let me know, I'll see what I can do. Also, we get cables cheap. Now I'll have real Monster cables instead of the crap genereics or Recoton.

Ya, Best Buy employees get some awesome deals. ESPECIALLY on home stereo/car stereo and stuff like that. Computer products aren't jacked up much because they have to stay at a competetive price.

How about software, can you get a good deal on those too? Been looking for a legal copy of winXP... oh yeah, do they still carry dreamcast?

yes. anything i think. he can't buy tons of stuff b/c it will look suspicious, but the deals on XP are already great. you get a ton of stuff when you buy it and you can ebay that stuff for the prce of XP and probably make money. see these threads:
