    I was going to get an account, until I read their Privacy Policy.

    Basicaly it says they won't use or sell the the information except as listed below. Below they say that they will give the information to "selected" parties, read, people who pay them for it. Even if you don't give them correct information, who needs the free account that they can spam anyway?

    You should take that up with Apex, it will be interesting to see what he has to say about this
