Anybody heard (or at least heard of) D-Box speakers/subs?

Saw these at Costco (Canada):

David 301 sub - $299 (approx. US$200)
Center channel (didn't catch the details) - $120 (approx. US$80)

I did a quick search and of the few comments I was able to find, people had only good things to say. But I wouldn't mind getting the Got|Apex "experts" opinions on D-Box.

Has anybody heard or at least heard of D-Box products? It looks like they're based out of Canada, so I doubt you guys have had direct experience with them, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Actually audioreview.com was quite helpful. Thanks.

Almost every comment said it was the best sound for the price ($300 Cdn), which is pretty much what I'm looking for.
