there's a search button, click it...type in desktop, click on the 'post your desktop' thread from a few weeks ago...read all 15 pages of it...post your thoughts/desktop, hit submit. POW! it's at the top of the list of new threads...
it's that easy...
and to be honest...i don't think reposting is *that* big of a deal...but when you know it's a repost and you tell others to 'CAN IT' then you got some problems...
