I would happily eat a live snail if it meant I would never have to taste ginger again. They hide it in so many things. There is no warning, just suddenly the vile contamination that is ginger. Where you never expect it, it rears it's ugly head of nausiating flavor. In minute quantities it is ok. its essentially sheeps heart,lungs,tongue and assorted innards chopped up, mixed with onions and oats and boiled in a sheeps stomach for 3 hours. uugh i cant even imagine the smell
