How many of you buy programs such as winzip, quicktime, clonecd, etc

You know the essential programs needed to use a computer. How many of you guys continue to use winzip after 30 days, etc. I try to buy the program if I am going to use it alot, such as winzip.

    How about you guys.

i bouught winzip after about 4 years of using it and i bought clonecd and nero after i used it quite a few times and found them very useful. quicktime player is freeware so you dont actually have to buy it. i too try to buy anything i find useful enough to use for a long time.

I bought a licence for winzip once. Just the once. Same with Netscape and several other must have programs.

If I find I use something a lot and it is useful I send the $. If it sits unused on the computer for months, it gets deleted when I go through and clean it up every once in a while.

The coolest thing I have found in a while is the wildpackets subnet calculator.

    http://www.wildpackets.com/products/networkcalculator

Really cool for subnetting if you know what that is.

Hmm, wonder if the elipsis nazi is gonna surface. Damn you all you use an elipse like this ". . ." three periods with one space apart, no more, no less. *sarcastic tone please do not take offense*

I've bought the ones that I use frequently, but the ones I use once a year I don't. For some things (like winrar) we have licenses for my office and I just install it at home.
Shall we buy a new guitar?
Shall we drive a more powerful car?
