I have never givin in to the day-after-thanksgiving ads, but I am not working and I have some money and there are some good deals, so.. what the hell.

Same here, some money would definitely help, and a car..., oh and legs too. Seeing such good deals go to waste because I don't have money irks me. Heh, I've always wanted to use that word in a proper sentence... irks... hah.

I was up at 5 am today...had to be at work by 6. My new contract stipulates that I have to be working the business days before and after any holiday. Even though the client isn't working, I'm sitting at my desk. Natch.

last year i was on the cover of the Orange County Times newspaper, because i was carrying 75 lbs worth of toys, while the ex carried another 50 lbs..... all those toys... for two (yes i said two) kids...

i don't think i will ever make some woman make me get up that early again... so i can get jipped outta everything...

I drove by the BestBuy parking lot at 9:00 AM EST. Now I know why they call it Black Friday!!! The parking lot is huge and it was totally filled. All of those early bird specials had to be gone. I sorta wanted that $49.99 60 GB hard drive AR. Oh well.

This was the first year I decided to try thiss "Black Friday" stuff. Got up at 4:15 so we could make the 70 minute drive into "the big city". Hit Kohls at 5:45 for the 50% off Fisher-Price, then Best Buy at 6:30 for no reason other than to see how crazy it gets. It got really crazy. All the good stuff was gone by 7:15.

at staples at 6:40...line of 100 people, i was at front. got in and out quick..my friend and i had a game plan, grabbed all the good stuff quick and checked out...on to compusa. it opened at 8, we got there at 7:30, and talked to this lady we saw at staples for 30 minutes. told her about gotapex and all...so if you are reading this, hi!..anyways, that was my day.
