Major Suckage: Car got broken into

On thanksgiving (eve?) too! The thief broke a window ($120 to replace), ripped out the plastic face plate to get access to the mp3 player, and ended up taking the whole bracket from the dash! Including my CD changer! It'll probably cost me close to $1000 to replace everything, and that's what my deductible is. Ugh! That'll teach me to park in DC.

Damn the car stereo thief to hell, and may his reproductive organ be pecked by a thousand buzzards for all eternity.

Anybody want to buy a slightly used mp3 player and cd changer?

Seriously though... I feel your pain. My car has been broken into 3 times. I've lost about $1500 worth of CDs and $2000 worth of stereo equipment.

not sure about the in dash thing,
