    Question wierd network printing problem

Ok gurus here's one for you. One of the users here at my work is having a strange printing problem. Whenever she prints from Eudora to her network printer, it comes out with a wierd header at the top. I belive that Eudora usually prints out the header of the email that you are working on, however not so in this case. It prints the header of some email that I can't even find in her Inbox. The SAME HEADER everytime. Here's where it get's wierd. The header is there when she prints from Netscape also, but NOT FROM IE. Aggghhhhhh!!!!!!!

So besides being possessed, can you guys/gals think of any other reason why her printer would be making such a fuss? I believe its a HP LaserJet 2200, with no internal memory(no additional atleast).

A cookie for the first one who figures it out!

Hmmm, interesting. I'll take a stab at it -

I believe the correct ansewer is - 'Just ignore the problem, and have her use IE and Outlook Express instead.'

    Now where's that cookie?

(Can you tell I've worked in support before?)

Come on Jeff the correct answer is.

Fdisk the hard drive and do a fresh install.

Thats what I usually get from most tech support.

Google is in my opinion the best tech support.

Try a search you never know.

Geez - I forgot about the format & reload trick. Also have her reboot over and over. That will sometimes clear things up!

The format and reinstall is guarenteed to keep them busy for a few hours.

Gives you time to grab a cup of coffee.
