Mini System

Hello,
I am looking to upgrade my antiquated audio system.
I am not looking for anything very high end, but I am looking for something with in 500 +/- 100 dollars or so. basically flexible.
I have just few basic requirements.
Dolby Digital Surround sound 5.1, Dolby pro logic, etc.
CD-changer capability would be nice
DVD a plus but I don't know how good are those built in dvd players.
and decent quality sound. basically 5 speakers and a sub-woofer.

I have looked at several systems so far and only to have look any good.
Sony DAV-c700 DVD dream system
and
Sony DT-1300D sound system

Is there anything else out there that any good.

W/ that budget.. the Sony's should be fine...

I was looking at mini systems myself. The sony's look pretty good for that budget. For help, www.audioreview.com is a GREAT site.
