I would say first find out why she's mad at you, then I guess ask her to the Prom as friends. I think that would prolly be the best way.

Communication kid. First thing any friendship/relationship needs.

Find out what you did to make her upset. Say you are sorry.
Pout if you have to (being silly on that one)
Then ask her out. Tell her there would be no one else you would want to take.

    Good luck!

car ride home: hanging all over my friends in the backseat to get back at me for doing/acting differently earlier in the night, while there was nothing i could do but drive faster (way to fast as i ended up scaring the **** out of all of them and they had a reason to grab onto each other). but thats besides the point. I call her up about what she was mad at, as i just stated b4 it was bcause i acted differently when my friends friend came over. Granted i may have been a little edgy because both of them were hanging all over her and she told me b4 she hates them doing that. but i acted no differently. Night began with my friends saying that i was definatly gonna get SOMETHING, ANYTHING at the end of the night to me just blasting the music and driving faster to get her out of the car it was not cool at all. shes all saying she will never find anyone and she wants to run away and stuff so i think now or soon is a good time to make move considering her birthday is coming up in like a week but i dont know. side note: Most if not all my friends hate her guts and one of them just wants ass from her and still hates her not that their opinion really matters in situations like this.

okay, it's been a few years since I have played a teenage love game but that sure sounds like what is going on. you like her, she (i think from the jealousy act between the two of you) likes you, but no one is willing to say anything or do anything. And what would so and so think..

I wouldn't care what your friends think about her, unless she is known to have MAJOR flaws.

Take her out for her bday this weekend. Do it cheap if you have to -- crusing or picnic it. Ask her to the dance then. Give her a flower or something small. Don't think you have enough time to find a free piece of jewelry.

(although I do have a pearl necklace sitting on my dresser that I got for free... That I won't wear...)

    Again, Good luck.

I agree with Chrissy, do something small for her birthday, but something sweet that she will always remember, and you can make it so that if she sees something it will remind her of you....etc...
As for your friends, ignore them, they wouldn't be the ones that are dating her, you are. Good Luck.
