Check your local OD B&M for final clearance

At my local Office Depot B&M, today was "D Day" as in "de day dat they get rid of all that leftover holiday stuff". The clearance racks were being emptied and a row of "99 cent" tables were being set up at the main entrance.

Among my scores: Texas Instruments TI-25x and TI-34-II solar scientific calculators, 99 cents each. Scotch brand "pop-up" tape dispenser combo sets, 99 cents and these have a $5.00 mail-in rebate! Lots of kids pen sets, milky-gel, metallic-sparkle, colored pens, etc etc., all 99 cents and some of these had $2 MIRs. Florescent desk lamps in purple and pink, 99 cents. Etc.

If your store doesn't have the 99 cent table out yet... they will, ASK WHEN!

Check out the cell phone section too. For some reason they like to sell off Nextel, Ericson, and Nokia batteries for 99cents instead of sending them back to the manufacturer. But you gotta be quick to the punch. Usually one fella' will take them all!
