Got this offer in the mail, so don't be quick to throw out the application. Lets you consolidate 3 credit card balances into 1 card with 0% APR for 1 year. [In the fine print there is a 3% transaction fee for balance transfers with a maximum of $45] But this will save a lot especially if you carry a balance on your cards.
