Ok...so 2001 sucked and 2002 isn't looking any better.....

Ugh. The last few months of 2001 were HORRIBLE. So here I am thinking 2002 will be better. Well it's not. I found out this morning that my childhood friend died Monday Night. :cry2: She was hit by a car while she checked the mail. She was the oldest of 3 girls, and if I'm right a junior or senior in high school this year. I don't even know what to think....it all seems so unreal. It's like how can someone that you use to have "dance parties" ( we were in like elementary....what do you expect ) be gone forever. I guess it takes something like this to make you realize how precious life is...

There really isnt' much more I can say. I mean, losing a friend like that is so hard. Sudden. Just keep the memories close to your heart and remember her. She will always be there.

Thanks Gals and Guys, It really means alot to me. Me and my dad were talking about how she would come over and stuff during the summer and we'd swim... and all the time we'd spend together....her funeral is Wednesday....I wish I didn't have to say goodbye though....

I can't count the times i had to say that last year.
I agree with you: LAST YEAR SUCKED!
Lost a granduncle(expected).
My good friend, one of the truly good people, Jerome, passed away
after surviving one of his many operations(some kind of cruel trick).
One of my friends dad passed away from cancer and a week later my
other friends mom passed away unexpectedly(anorism: w/out warning).
Most recent was on New yrs day, my friends lost their 5 yr old daughter to a drunk driver(damn that driver and that decision).
I vented earlier and i'm still pissed, but I'm dealing with it.
It's crazy how things are starting to go well and It looks like this will be a good year for me, yet it started so badly.
All I can offer is this: Carry the good times and good memories of your friendship in your heart and she will never really be gone from you.
