How do I backup my outlook settings, rules, signature, etc?

I know how to save my calendar, messages, etc to a .pst file, but how do I save my rules that I have setup, and my signature.

    Thanks

not sure how to backup a signature, but i do know how to do rules:

go to 'Tools - Rules Wizard' and from there click the 'Options' button. Click 'Export Rules' and you will be prompted to save them as a file. Do the same thing to restore them, but instead click 'Import Rules' (obviously).

Well, there are various software filters that will get rid of some of it. But the main things that i do are:

    1. Dont use my real email address on the internet when filling out forms - create a 'fake' one at yahoo or hotmail and use that on the internet. You can then check it just when you are expecting emails, such as for a password, or billing receipt.

    2. Report spammers when i get spam email - at www.spamcop.net you can cut and paste the email you get, and report it to their ISP - most likey they will get their account cancelled - a good way to fight back, and its free!

if i had to be honest... if i had my spaming account closed and i was a spammer i would just open a new one, which would make it harder to block addresses. I was wondering if there was a catch all rule to block the ****, because today alone outlook filtered 11/14 mails. all spam
