win2k Error msg : FTPctrs

i know that event log in the NT family always fill up with junk error messages, but i keep getting this one, and wonder if anyone knows what it means:
Unable to collect the FTP performance statistics. The error code returned by the service is data DWORD 0.

It is an error in "FTPCTRS" and the event ID is 1000.

I'm running 2k Pro, i have IIS installed, updated, but i dont use it really so i have no FTP or HTTP shares. I ran ms product udates today, and it didn't find anything it needs. does anyone know what this error could be? Ms knowledge base had nothing for me

i used the tool found here http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000...exctrlst-o.asp to disable the performance counters, which got rid of these error messages
