Deals on cd-rw media?

Hi all..I'm looking for a good deal on CD-RW media, and don't need more than 20 or so discs (i.e. don't need a 100 CD-RW for $200 deal). Anyone see anything?

On a side note, I need these discs because I recently discovered my dvd player (Panasonic DVD-c220) won't play cdr's. Anyone else have any experience with this (I heard its supposed to have no trouble playing cdrw's, which is sort of surprising).

Well I don't know any deals as far as CD-RW media goes but I do know about DVD players and CD-RW. And yeah most DVD players won't read a burned cd but will read a burned CD-RW. Don''t know why but thats the way it is. Although I've only had this problem when trying to play a burned vcd on a regular cdr disc. Hope that helps.

what type of movie can you fit on a 650mb cd-rw disk, especially since you sacrifice a bit of the space for formatting and such?

if these are dvd rips, what type? asf, avi, mpeg?
