    How do I get perl listed in the system path?

    I am using win2k server, and I am trying to get mrtg running. In the install it says, and I quote:

    Install Perl on the same Windows NT machine. You might want to make sure that the Perl binary directory is listed in your system path.

    C:\Perl\bin;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;...

    You can manually check this by going to [Control Panel]->[System]->[Environment]
    I went to the place they specified, and I dont see how to get perl listed in the system path.

    Close - it's actually under:

    [Control Panel]->[System]->[Advanced]->[Environment Variables]->[System Variables]

    Click on PATH (you may have to scroll to find it) & then the EDIT button. Add a semicolon & then the full path to your perl install.
