    First imac saves more space. Second there are no firewire ports, nor a combo drive. imagine attaching periherals to this thing?? I hope they're trying to compete with the old school bubble imac because maybe then they would have a chance. Yes it is $500 cheaper than a brand new imac, but then again a 2002 saturn only costs $12,000.

    First all, only the new iMac might save more space - the Intrega is bloody tiny. Second all, you can actually crack it open and upgrade it, unlike a mac. 3rd all, it's been out for over a year, so yeah, it's being compared to the older imac.
