Well-countdown till easter began today-7 days to cook,clean and bake for the 23 relatives that will be dining at my house. I just got finished dipping the peanutbutter,coconut and buttercreme eggs into rich yummy glistening milk chocolate....mmmmmmmm. The Italian Easter pizza is curing upside down to drain out the excess moisture, the sausages are ground,cased and waiting to be bathed in homemade sauce-and the ham is on it's first coating of glaze..Tomorrow I make the pasta and cheesecakes,but right now-I have about 150 meat balls to roll....will someone please go and pick up some chinese food for me-I'm starved.
