    Talking best flat monitor??

    Hey everyone~!

    I'm trying to help my sis picking out the best flat monitor, and i need some help~~!!

    any recommendations for excellent flat monitors??

    actually, we're kinda short on money too...so if it's easy on the wallet, it'd be perfect~!!!
