This is an advertised special in Best Buy's flyer. It is listed as $19.99 - 5 rebate = $14.99. I am assumeing the rebate is mail-in even though it does not say. This is a good deal if you don't feel like waiting around to receive shipment from the internet, ie va.com. I have had terrible luck with them shipping items to me on time.
