Those look very cool, wish I had the extra cash to waste on one just to screw around with.

Yay! I just ordered one as well (from eToys) -- I have a strict policy on ordering Mindstorms only when there's an insane deal like this. Legos are just too expensive at full price!

i have one, and it's okay, resolution takes away most of the fun, but making it and playn with the software is worth the 30 some odd dollars i guess, i just use it for a web-cam..though it's just gathering dust right now...

btw, the software is not compadable with win 2000 and win xp, only win 98 and win me.... since they are not making software updates.. well that's what the cs told me.

With Windows XP you can run programs in a "compatabilty mode" which basically tricks them into thinking they are running under Windows 95, 98, Me, or 2000.

I'm rather new to Win XP, how does one go about using the windows 98 compatability mode?

Right click on a programs icon, choose properties then click on the "compatabilty" tab.
