Access Micro sent me a Blue Orb, the problem is I ordered a higher quality Crystal Orb. I had problems with my printer and was a little upset that I had to go through all these steps to make an exchange. I called a service rep, Irma, she said they'd email me an RMA # and that they would ship out my Orb today since it was their mistake. This is nice cuz they're sending me my Crystal Orb before they get there blue orb back. If other companies worked like this, there'd be a lot less S/SS on these forums.
