    Help...I have a pic of my new puppy but it is too big!

    How can I make it smaller? It is small on my website, but when I insert it in my text it gets huge. Can anyone please help?

    I generally use IrfanView (freeware from www.irfanview.com or the US English mirror at http://www.ryansimmons.com/users/irfanview/english.htm ). With it you do Image/Resize and set the size (or percentage). Also, when saving a jpg, the quality setting (Options in the Save window) will greatly affect the size of the image file on disk.
