Shall we buy a new guitar?
Shall we drive a more powerful car?
very cool.
did you see his elbow? what is that funky thing sticking out of it?
I guess Rob Johnson didn't do the same for the fans of Buffalo![]()
that's just awesome...definitely need more pro athletes like him
Hmmm he's from Walla Walla Washington. I've been there and it is definately a small town actually the biggest thing there is Walla Walla College Wonder if any friends from that area know this guy or his family.
Yep. Bledsoe's always seemed like a pretty classy guy. I always thought he deserved a SuperBowl win of his own... but the only one he's played in was against the Packers, and I'm a Packers fan...
I'm just glad he didn't end up in Chicago or Cincy. I hope he does well in Buffalo...
And I found that hope and a lucky card
were all I had to walk with me...
I thought this said
"Drew Barrymore: all class"
and i was thinking.. umm.. DUH
*slaps forehead*
sure, it's a way to generate positive publicity.Originally posted by Nanotech9
got|publicity stunt?
but i think that if you look at bledsoe's behavior throughout the last season, as others have mentioned above, i think it's part of a pattern of positive, classy behavior.
here's a superstar who got BENCHED for most of a season but managed to never come out and gripe about it in the press. that in itself speaks very highly of him in my opinion.
Whether it be for publicity or not, he is still a great player and I am glad he decided to take the ad out thanking the fans. About time a player did that.

That was insanely classy....sports do need more people like him.

I don't think this'll stop anything though - the better you idiot-proof a system, the more impressive the idiot becomes.
