    Book Clubs...

Now, I know that most of you guys only consider Movies to be entertaining, but I'll break you of that!

Personally, I find many books to be entertaining too. But anyway, to break off my rant before it really starts:

I am wondering if any of you are members of book clubs. I know that a lot of them offer quite good selections and deals, a la Columbia House for DVDs, and I am curious if any of you have any suggestions. I'm mainly looking for the Sci-Fi/Fantasy genre.

    Thanks.

    That is so sad...

Anyway, if anyone is interested, I found a pretty good book club deal...

www.bookclubdeals.com has a deal right now, where you get 6 hardcover SciFi/Fantasy books for $14.95 shipped, and you only have to buy 4 more in the next 2 years. The initial selection isn't all that great, but I've found atleast 6 books I'd want.

I'm not into that SciFi stuff. I read a lot on history and things of that nature. The fantasy books dont grab my attention what so ever.

Oh, well I read a lot of historical works as well. I wasn't passing judgement on what you read, I was just saddened by the comment that G|A? forums are the ONLY thing you read.

I love to read. I'd do it everyday if I could. I don't like Sci-Fi and Fantasy, but I don't think I've ever read any books of the above mentioned. I like actually reading books about the movies I've seen...I usually find the books much more interesting them the movies.

Overall I will read anything, but some stuff I enjoy over the Sci Fi. There are some good books based on Fantasy stuff though.
