you registered as serqio not sergio. that "q" is the problem. admin can change it for you if you want and send you a password.

No, I spelled it correctly. In fact, I can put my username is the "forgot my password" field spelled exactly as you see it here (SEQIRO) and it will send me a new password. But whether I type that password in or cut and paste it, it didn't work.

Maybe I am just cursed today!
