Being originally from the Sacramento area and being a former season ticketholder (ok, it was 1988 and they had a special deal for the lower-nosebleed seats) I think you know where my loyalties lie...
After the way the Lakers played on Friday, I hope the Kings can finish it.

i used to be a celtics fans as a kid, and i think paul pierce is the freakin man, so i'm rootin for boston in that one. but bein originally from sac myself, i want the kings to hurry up and finish off the lakers, then finish off the celtics so they can get some of the damn respect they deserve...

I am a kings fan as well. Today will tell a lot about the series
I'm going for Kings and Celtics.
I'm not so much a Kings fan as that I hate the Lakers (I'm a clippers fan). As for the Celtics, my roommate is from Boston, so I'm rootin for the Celtics. The only problem is that I like Kidd and hate Walker, so I'm hoping that the Celtics beat the nets, but that Kidd plays well and Walker plays badly.

I'd really like to see the Nets win because my man Kenyon "K-Mart" Martin broke his leg in the NCAA tournament the year that UC should have won it all. It would be nice to finally see him win the big one.
Also, I am rooting for the Kings because I hate seeing a single team dominate for more than a few years. (I guess I am a hypocrite because I am a Red Wings fan, but what can ya do?)

The Lakers are the Yankees of the NBA. I hate the Yanks with a passion, so it's natural that I dislike the Lakers as well.
It's hard being a fan of Cleveland sports teams when there are teams like the Yankees, Bulls and Broncos around. Too many times those teams have foiled the chances of Cleveland winning a championship.

Well I am still a Bull's fan despite how horrible their seasons have been since some key players have left. However, coming from the East Coast I am a Nets fan and hope they can take it.
i HATE the lakers.
so go SAC, although i'm not a chris webber fan at all (he played at univ. of michigan, and since i'm a Michigan State guy, old grudges die hard....especially with some of the things he did -- bastard
i'd like to see the nets win, since i like kidd and i have no great love for the celts.
