with moderate graphic performance? I don't think that can be done. Otherwise, I'd say a decent GeForce MX 440 would do you, maybe a Radeon 7500 or less. Anything below that is going to kinda suck.

its for my sister...so maybe a little diablo or some game like it. thnx alot
Well, I don't think Diablo is that graphics intensive...
You could probably get away with an earlier Radeon model, or maybe a GeForce MX...
If you can come up with $15 more and don't mind refurbished, you might try this... Ti450 .

If I was looking for a tv out and just playing a few games. Give the G force 2 MX a looking at. I had one and I loved it. Never had not one problem playing any game. Good driver support. You cant go wrong. The Gainward line of video is a real good choice in any video card with the Nvidia chipset. I've had two includeing my MX and Loved them both. But i'm sure any manufacture will do. But gainwards are usually about the fastest. My MX was also very overclockable. Mine has no tv out but the default clock was-memory at 143 and with a little fan blowing on the card it ran rock solid at 180 and the core was a default of 166 and run rock solid at 215. In 3D Mark2000 my default benchmark went from a default of 1024\768 16bit at 47XX to an oc speed of 215\180 with a score of 56XX that I thought was a pretty good score increase. And my MX run my Liteon 16X DVD with no problem.
But thats just my 2cents worth. Good luck.
