I like the site, actually I have already posted some hot deals from one day free on got apex. It's kinda new, different from the confusing priceline model.

I just think it is a fun site and there is the opportunity to get great prices on some products.

Free is a great promotion but I didn't win the printer.

Just bought some software "Don't know Jack". Just got nice confirmation from seller. Also sold some old media at a good price.

I think onedayfree.com is a good model. (Its new, may need some time to mature). Its unique, for sure. Fun, absolutely.

Here is one I found today. A high performance Epson printer for $19 or less!

There are some new Iomega Zip 100 and 250 MB disks on the site also.

Have a happy fourth of July everyone.

I accepted an offer for the Seagate tape drive for $25.00 last Friday and I still haven't heard anything from the seller. I EMailed him and onedayfree. I hope it just has something to do with the holidays.

Let us know what happens and definatly rate the seller. Onedayfree seems to be the same as ebay where they are the middleman with many sellersand buyers.

The order agent thing is cool. Place an order for a future day and if inventory is available at your price you get it. Better than Priceline.

Give it a rest Homie--you either work there, own it, or know somebody that does. I don't see a large enough advantage to using this site (along with a lot of other people I talked to). Like Ebay or whoever, their bargain prices compare to that of an online discount seller. We pointed that out before with the zip drives. They were $3 higher than about 20 online stores, many of which didn't charge shipping. Why bother unless they give coupons or something??? And as far as the printer--is that a joke (high quality). We just had a promotion last month for the HP 930 free and that is a high quality printer.

About the printer, we didn't 'win' the HP 930, it was free. The model may be good, but you are still better off buying from a store that has better prices, aren't you? If the product is cheaper at an online seller like buy.com or mwave.com or whoever, and they have a good return policy, etc. doesn't it make sense to put your money there?

Homie, if your companies site, er.. I mean onedayfree's site offers disounts on top of whatever the final deal is then it deserves a second look.

I got some very good deals from one day free, a $65 6X DVD-ROM Hitachi REGION-FREE, which is hard to find and costs more than $90 from other vendors, although I had to track the seller down, it was a good deal after all. I also got some free mouse pads and legal software from this site, too.

How can a venue with good deals be lame?

Why would you buy something from your own companies site? Don't you normally just get a company discount or something?

This is why we're suspicious. No need to tell us this is high performance, thats just a BRUTAL LIE, or like fsck said, "lame" ! This is a DOT MATRIX!!!!!! lol. I agree with Bandito, something is fishy with this guy....

I've had some very, very, very bad experiences with Epson printers - dot matrix and inkjets. Purchase at your own risk. ::clutches protectively at his HP Deskjet 970 Cxi::

Using an Epson currently and have not encountered any problems. See these printers are dropping in price every day. Can be a great deal for some friends in their home offices.
    Thanks for the info!

    Unhappy

This is from an earlier post a few days ago. I still haven't heard from the seller of the Travan 8GB tape drive. He said that his EMail wasnt working and he would straighten everything out. WELL, IT'S TEN DAYS LATER AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM. The lady at onedayfree apparently doesn't want to deal with him anymore either so I don't blame her.I think some sellers doubt that their items will sell for next to nothing so they abandon ship and flee for the hills.

I would definetly the printer is not high quality, however, the retail price of new dot matrix printers is high nowadays, as the only people that really use them are business for printing on carbon paper.

    BubbaGump:

Your right if you need a dot matrix printer for printing forms etc. then you need it and its a good buy.

Some of the other products on onedayfree are great for others. They seem from the press releases only to be two months old.
