We have experienced a technical problem with the Elektra Movie Passes. If you did not mark down a quantity in the blank "buy" box, you will have received an email with a confirmation alerting that nothing has been purchased. If your confirmation lists a "0" quantity you have not purchased a ticket. If you have a question regarding your confirmation sheet please call our offices at (858) 279-6666.

I've sent that place so many messages about their screwed up system. They never reply. I never even know if they got my messages except that occassionally the admin will credit points or whatever. I was hoping that would be one of their new features.Why dont you send them an email and ask them to do just that, give you a heads up of the "prices" on the free stuff.....lol
