    This appears to be focused on military personnel (makes sense, since N-G is a big defense contractor).

    I use to work for Northrop Grumman. I researched and created ultra-lightweight metals using fly-ash. It was a good summer internship. They told me that they were able to create a metal with a density less than 1. In other words- the metal was able to float on water.
