    Question WinXP question

I've had something annoying happening lately. When I click on a link, it opens a new window. However, the window is only like 1 pixel in size and it's near the upper left corner of the screen. In order to view the window, I have to either find it with the cursor (not easy to do...) or right click on the taskbar and maximize it. I haven't noticed this before but nearly every window I open now does this and it's a real pain. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

You could right-click on the taskbar and then click "size". If you're having trouble grabbing the edges with your mouse, you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard. Get it to a better size then close the window. The new ones should lauch at that size.

If you open "tools-->folder options-->View" There is a setting to remember each folder's settings. You may try playing with that. Open the folder, click/unlick the box and close the folder to see if it remembered.

I tried that already. If I manually resize the window, it and all the other windows open at the new size for awhile. However, if I exit all programs or reboot, the window size resets to microscopic size again. This never used to happen--could it be a virus of some sort? I've also heard of people playing tricks on others using registry hacks to resize desktop icons and such, making them tiny. Any other suggestions/ideas? Thanks for the responses!

Also, I have Popup Stopper Pro installed on my computer. Now that I think about it, it seems to have gotten worse after I used the "Control" key to allow a popup from a site a couple of days ago. Could PSPro be the culprit? And how to fix? Maybe uninstall/reinstall PSPro?

Pop Up Stopper never did that to my windows. Let us know if that was your issue.
